Global Trade and Local Law Enforcement

International drug trade can not survive without local groups. All criminal organizations like international drug trade can not exist with out connections to law enforcement agencies in the countries that they operate in. In Brazil this means maintaining contact with federal and state police. For example Police turn the blind eye to their activity; exporters in Brazil send cocaine to Europe and over seas. Economic globalization has opened up an infinite number of routes which makes all countries vulnerable to crime. Which also means crime is now global. Yet still international illegal trade can not function without local people. Crime may be global but law enforcement is local. Corrupting one countries law enforcement doesn’t mean all systems go. Say a trade involved Russia, then Brazil, then Italy, and eventually China all countries need law enforcement and local participation for the trade to be sucessful.
